Currently, I am taking on a limited number of new clients for weekly or biweekly appointments.
Starting therapy can feel a little like beginning a new quest. You may know something isn’t working the way you’d like, but you may not be entirely sure where the path leads from here.
Step 1: Reach Out.
You can contact me for a free 20-minute consultation through email, phone, or filling out the form below. We will schedule a free 20-minute consultation to discuss:
– what brings you to therapy
– who I am and how I can of help
– answer questions about fees and scheduling
– schedule intake appointment
Step 2: Complete New Client Paperwork.
Before our first official appointment I will send you a link to a secure online client portal. Here you will complete simple forms that will help me learn about your history, strengths, concerns, and goals.
Step 3: The First Session.
The first session is different than ongoing therapy. We will spend time talking through your history, concerns, and goals. For kids, this first session is reserved for parents to talk more freely without the child present. For teens, often it is a shared time with parents and then allow space for independence with the teen alone.
